These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of mobile applications developed by kol7 ("we", "us", or "our") and the kol7.com website. By downloading, installing, or using our apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our apps.

2. The Service

Our apps, including "Life in the UK Test 2026", are educational tools designed to help users prepare for tests and exams. The content is provided for practice and study purposes only.

We do not guarantee that using our apps will result in passing any official test or exam. Success depends on many factors, including your own effort and preparation.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Some of our apps offer subscription-based access to premium features. All subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple via the App Store.

Subscription Terms

• Free Trial: New subscribers may be eligible for a free trial period. You will not be charged during the trial period.
• Pricing: After the free trial, subscriptions automatically renew at £1 per month unless cancelled.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time via Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iOS device.
• Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Refunds

All refund requests must be made through Apple, not kol7. We do not process payments or refunds directly. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, graphics, and materials in our apps are owned by kol7 and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content from our apps
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble our apps
• Use our apps for any commercial purpose without permission
• Remove or alter any copyright notices or branding

5. Disclaimer

Our apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The app will be error-free or uninterrupted
• The content is completely accurate or up-to-date
• Using the app will result in passing any official test

You use our apps at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, kol7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our apps, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or profits
• Failure to pass an official test or exam
• Interruption of service

Our maximum liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the last 12 months.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our apps at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may stop using our apps and cancel your subscription at any time.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our apps shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
