Download the app from the App Store. The free trial begins automatically when you subscribe. You won't be charged during the trial period. If you decide the app isn't for you, simply cancel before the trial ends.

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Find "Life in the UK Test 2026"
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID and should restore automatically when you sign in on a new device. If it doesn't restore automatically, open the app, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases".

Refunds are handled by Apple, not kol7. To request a refund:

  1. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID
  3. Find your purchase and click "Report a Problem"
  4. Follow the prompts to request a refund
