This Privacy Policy is published by Mykola Budzenko, who appears as the developer Budzenko on Google Play and publishes apps under the kol7 name ("we", "us", or "our"). We are based in the United Kingdom.

It explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the website kol7.com and the following apps:

2. Data We Collect

Our apps have no user accounts and no servers of our own. Everything you do while studying — your answers, scores, streaks, progress and settings — is stored on your device, and we cannot see it.

Life in UK 2026 for Android

This version contains no analytics or crash-reporting SDK. The only data that leaves your device is what Google AdMob needs to serve ads and what Google Play needs to process a subscription (see below).

Life in UK 2026 for iOS

This version additionally uses TelemetryDeck to count anonymous usage events (such as "quiz completed"). No name, email, device identifier or IP address is collected or stored by us, and TelemetryDeck processes the data in the European Union. If you are signed in to iCloud, your own progress may sync between your devices through Apple; that data is encrypted by Apple and we have no access to it.

Subscription Data

Subscriptions are managed entirely by the app store you bought them from — Apple via StoreKit, or Google via Google Play Billing. We do not have access to your payment details, credit card information, or billing address. We may receive anonymised subscription status information (such as whether a subscription is active) to provide you with the correct app features.

Advertising Data

Apps that show ads use Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, AdMob may access your device's advertising identifier (the Android Advertising ID or Apple's Identifier for Advertisers) together with general device and app information, and may infer an approximate location — country or region level — from your IP address. Google may use this for advertising and for fraud prevention and security. Subscribers to our paid tiers see no ads, and no ad requests are made for them.

We never send your answers, progress, or study history to any advertiser.

3. Data We Do NOT Collect

We want to be clear about what we don't collect:

• No personal names, email addresses, or phone numbers
• No user accounts or login credentials
• No precise location data or GPS coordinates
• No photos, contacts, or other device data
• No data from children specifically

4. How We Use Data

We use the data we collect to:

• Improve the app experience and add new features
• Understand which features are most useful to our users
• Serve ads in the free version, and stop serving them once you subscribe
• Ensure the app runs smoothly on different devices

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

We do not sell your data to third parties.

6. Advertising Consent

Where the law requires it — in the UK, the European Economic Area and Switzerland — apps that show ads ask for your consent before any ad is requested, using Google's own consent form. If you decline, the app still works in full; the ads it shows are non-personalised.

You can change your choice at any time from the privacy options in the app. On Android you can also reset or delete your advertising identifier in Settings › Privacy › Ads; on iOS, in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.

7. Data Retention

We keep no personal data on servers of our own, because we run none. Anonymous iOS usage events are retained by TelemetryDeck under their own retention policy. Your study data lives on your device and is deleted with the app.

If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA) or UK, you have the following rights:

9. Children's Privacy
