kol7 ("we", "us", or "our") operates mobile applications available on the Apple App Store and Google Play. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our apps.

2. Data We Collect

We collect limited data through Firebase Analytics (provided by Google) to improve our apps. This includes:

• Device type and operating system version
• App usage patterns (screens viewed, features used)
• Session duration and frequency
• Country or region (not precise location)
• Crash reports and error logs

Subscription Data

Subscriptions are managed entirely by the app store you bought them from — Apple via StoreKit, or Google via Google Play Billing. We do not have access to your payment details, credit card information, or billing address. We may receive anonymised subscription status information (such as whether a subscription is active) to provide you with the correct app features.

Advertising Data

Apps that show ads use Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, AdMob may access your device's advertising identifier (the Android Advertising ID or Apple's Identifier for Advertisers) together with general device and app information. Subscribers to our paid tiers see no ads, and no ad requests are made for them.

We never send your answers, progress, or study history to any advertiser.

3. Data We Do NOT Collect

We want to be clear about what we don't collect:

• No personal names, email addresses, or phone numbers
• No user accounts or login credentials
• No precise location data or GPS coordinates
• No photos, contacts, or other device data
• No data from children specifically

4. How We Use Data

We use the data we collect to:

• Improve the app experience and add new features
• Fix bugs and crashes
• Understand which features are most useful to our users
• Ensure the app runs smoothly on different devices

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

6. Advertising Consent

Where the law requires it — in the UK, the European Economic Area and Switzerland — apps that show ads ask for your consent before any ad is requested, using Google's own consent form. If you decline, the app still works in full; the ads it shows are non-personalised.

You can change your choice at any time from the privacy options in the app. On Android you can also reset or delete your advertising identifier in Settings › Privacy › Ads; on iOS, in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.

7. Data Retention

Analytics data is retained according to Firebase's default settings, typically for 14 months. We do not store personal data on our own servers.

If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA) or UK, you have the following rights:

• Right to request information about data collected
• Right to request deletion of your data
• Right to object to data processing
• Right to data portability
